The boat trip on Jenny II is suitable for and enjoyed by children and adults alike. You board the unique amphibious tender boat (nicknamed the Duck) from the beach without even getting your feet wet. This in itself is an experience as its tractor wheels drive you down to the waterline and off out to the fishing boat called Jenny II
An hours trip around the bay and the St Tudwals islands, is a wonderful experience. As the coastline shrinks in the distance you will begin to see the seals popping their heads up to view the visitors to their coves. They laze about on the rocks and are not at all disturbed by our presence. If you are really fortunate the boat may well be accompanied by the dolphins who regularly visit the bay
The Jenny II goes regularly from the Main beach in Abersoch (the road to the beach is between the Natwest bank and W&G Williams garage in the centre of Abersoch) You should phone the Abersoch Angling shop on 01758712646 or call in to make a booking to avoid disappointment. You can find the shop which is part of the Present thoughts gift shop by turning left in the centre of the village down towards the Harbour on the left hand side opposite the Vaynol pub.
