Tyddyn Talgoch is a traditional 19th Century detached farmhouse, it can be booked as one 5 bedroomed unit (sleeping 10 in total) or as two separate units, one which sleeps 4 and one which sleeps 6.

It is situated in a magnificent elevated position commanding spectacular uninterrupted views across Abersoch Beach, Cardigan Bay and the Snowdon mountain range. The house is spacious and traditionally furnished, and sleeps a maximum of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). It is only a short, 10 minute walk down to the southern end of Abersoch beach.

• Kitchen with dining area (with extending table and seating up to 10), electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.

• Toilet and wash basin.
• Double bedroom (with four poster bed)
• Interconnecting double bunk room.

• Bathroom with toilet

Outside:

There is a small private paved and grassed area.

Please note when renting the apartments separately, the unit sleeping 6 has a bathroom and toilet but no shower, and the apartment sleeping 4 has a shower and toilet but no bath.

Tyddyn Talgoch uchaf was Wales Tourist Board inspected in 2007 and was rated at 4 star. However due to their increased charges we have been forced along with many other accommodation providers to withdraw from their scheme.

All beds have pillows and duvets and linen is available at a small extra charge.

A cot, high chair and push chair is available if required.
