A charming, stone built cottage with open beams, this accommodation has been recently converted to a high specification and has retained its original character. The Cottage is situated in an elevated position with views across rolling countryside down to the village of Abersoch, it's surroundings and the bay of Abersoch. It is only a short, 10 minute walk down to the southern end of Abersoch beach.

The accommodation is all ground floor and comprises:

• Colour TV, dvd player, Sky freeview channels
• Convertible double bed-settee (for occasional use)

• Kitchen with breakfast area, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and automatic washing machine

The Cottage at Tyddyn Talgoch uchaf was Wales Tourist Board inspected in 2007 and was rated at 4 star. However due to their increased charges we have been forced along with many other accommodation providers to withdraw from their scheme.

All beds have pillows and duvets and linen is available at a small extra charge. A cot and high chair is available if required. Please note this is a non-smoking unit.

The cottage at Tyddyn Talgoch are available on a long let (approx 6 months) for suitable and approved tenant, either for someone looking for somewhere to live whilst working over the summer or for a family wishing to have the freedom to come and go whenever wanted for weekends or holidays.
There is also a one bedroomed self contained flat available on a similar basis..
