The Abersoch area has a very pleasant climate because of its location, with often much better weather than neighbouring resorts and has flourished in the last few decades, but remains unspoilt and uncommercialised.. Ideally located you will find plenty to do with some wonderful activities within easy reach.
It is only 90 minutes from Chester, one of Britain's finest historic cities, 2 hours from Manchester International Airport and an hour's drive from Holyhead, the main route from Dublin.

Our stunning outlook from the properties at Bwlchtocyn can be viewed on our webcams and stretches right around the LLyn. We can see Garn Fadryn, Abersoch, The Rivals, Snowdon and the Snowdonia range right around to Harlech, Barmouth and their backdrop of Cader Idris and the Cambrian mountains.
From this magnificent setting you can take a short 10 minute walk down to the Southern end of Abersoch main beach then stroll along the beach or across the golf course into Abersoch village. We are also close to the National Trust beach of Porth Ceiriad, so perfectly situated for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.
